Shipping and Delivery


For all orders shipped to an address within the continental United States, shipping will be determined by the size and weight of the item(s) and the selected method of shipping.


Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP Codes. Currently, we are unable to support special requests for delivery. Neither can we accommodate special requests for specific shipping providers. Your order will be shipped with the most appropriate carrier based on your delivery address and desired shipping option.


If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, check the tracking information. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbors or building management to see if either party received the package. Returns and Exchanges


There will be NO EXCHANGES. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return it at your expense. You will be refunded for the purchase price and taxes in the original form of payment. There will be a $5.00 re-stocking fee per returned item. All items must be returned within 15 days of delivery in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear.


All shoes must be returned unworn, with the original packaging and with original tags still attached. We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return them. Please note that clearance merchandise cannot be returned. If It’s Shoes reserves the right to reject (and not refund) items that do not adhere to this return policy.


*Please note that a store credit will be issued if the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on file or expired by the time a return is received at the warehouse. Also note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for refund to credit card.


Returns may be dropped off at any FedEx location, FedEx authorized shipping location, or through the Postal Service (any post office, USPS driver, or scheduled USPS pickup). Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this will result in delays. Returns dropped at a FedEx location may result in faster shipping times.
